I’m Lily Anderson, a counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist, helping people create lasting change through the power of their own mind and using hypnosis as a powerful tool.

With over 25 years of experience in the area of mental health and addiction, I offer a calm, supportive space tailored to you.

 

Also a qualified Kundalini and Hatha yoga instructor, with over 30 years practice I bring a unique somatic perspective to my Hypnotherapy sessions, bridging the gap between physical release and mental healing.
 

Qualified in psychodynamic counselling and Clinical Hypnotherapy, I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register, The National Council for Hypnotherapy and fully insured.
